* Exchange and returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached.

* The customer is responsible for all shipping fees (both pickup and redelivery).

* Sale items are not eligible for returns. Exchange only.

* You may open and inspect your order in front of the courier before accepting it. If you choose not to receive it, only the shipping fee (EGP 80) will apply.
