SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are allowed to open packages while courier is at door. In case of refusal to receive the order, please pay EGP 70 to the courier.

On Sale Items are non-refundable. Can only be exchanged.

- Delivery takes 2-4 business days to Cairo, Giza & Alexandria residences. 

- Shipment to other governorates takes 3–5 business days based on the zone.
