- Delivery takes 2-4 business days to Cairo, Giza & Alexandria residences. 

- Shipment to other governorates takes 3–5 business days based on the zone.

Exchanges and refunds are valid on full price items and within 3 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition and the tags attached.

Exchange and refund fees are the same as delivery fees.
